Application Process
Network participation is a two-step process. Contracting and credentialing.
Contracting
Complete the facility application. Once completed and returned to RPN with a copy of the W-9, a contract will be sent for your review and signature. If you choose to participate, you will need to sign and return the contract. At that time you will also need to send the appropriate credentialing application for each physical, occupational or speech therapist.
Credentialing
Once you sign and return the contract, the credentialing process will begin. Therapist credentialing typically takes between 30-60 days from receipt of individual applications. The RPN credentialing committee meeting is held once a month and the committee is comprised of physical, occupational and speech therapists, the RPN director and credentialing coordinator. Only credentialed therapists are allowed to treat members covered under the respective contract.
